You can sell something that looks like something else as far as I know, but you cannot claim that it is the name brand. If your watches LOOK like rolexes but aren’t and you admit that they aren’t real, then you are okay. If you claim that they are real when they are not, then you are committing a crime.

If you tell people that they are replicas and include proper copy write information I would guess so. You would need a business license however, so maybe you should ask them.

I am a big fan or the Rolex Submariner. However, I believe 5-10k for a watch is ridiculous. I have found that Invicta 8926-8928 Highly resemble the Rolex submariner however there are also Rolex replicas for about the same price.
Which one would you choose in my position?

I have a real Rolex, a fake Rolex and two Invictas. I wear whatever watch my girlfriend says matches what else I am wearing. I love my real Rolex, but the Invicatas are also great. I would buy an Invicata in your situation.

I’m planning on making a website with watches like Rolex, Cartier, Technomarine, Bvlgari, Tag Heuer, and so on… I have a contact in China who get’s them pretty cheap so I’m able to sell them for under a 100 bucks online.
The question is if you would buy them or not? Quality is impressive…

No, I would rather buy the real mccoy. The quality of fakes (they’re not replicas, they’re trademark-infringing bootlegs) that I’ve seen has never been particularly outstanding.
