Question by alishba k: Is there any problem in the China Custom if a person is bringing a small parcel containing Replica Watches ?
If he’s got a handbag with 5-7 watches, will the custom department china stop, or he will be allowed to take them out of the country.

If the watches are discovered and found to be fakes of branded goods, the changes are they will be taken off you and destroyed.
They are having crackdowns on fake stuff, but for the last 8 times I have gone through customs I have not been searched once.

Usually it’s at your arrival destination that you will declare what you are bringing in. I don’t recall having my luggage inspected, or being questioned about what I was taking out of China, or any other country, but when you go back home, that’s when you will go through customs. Laws on counterfeit products are strictly enforced in most countries and your watches will be confiscated, and you might be prosecuted.

now why would u want to carry them in ur handbag? pack them safely and send it behind…issue solved
